I’ve now been trying this toner out for the last couple of weeks and I must say I really enjoy it!
It is a biphase toner that you shake up to mix the two parts before use. Then I pour out a few drops on a cottoned and apply it all over my face, focused mostly in my T-zone, both in the morning and in the evening. The part you mix in with the toner has like this velvety, powdery finish and leaves my skin with this soft matte finish, but it still doesn’t look or feel dry at all.

After a few weeks of use I have seen a big difference in my skin, my oils are much more controlled, and it takes longer before the oils peek through my makeup. This has now become a staple in my skincare routine, and I wouldn't be without it. I just love this, and I would highly recommend it!
