August Favourites

September 01, 2017

This month the weather in Northern Norway has been awful, it has been so cold and it has been raining almost all month, fall came early here. And because of the cold weather I of course managed to get sick.. So I haven't tried that much new stuff this month, I have basically just used my all time favorite products, but still a few new favorites.

My favorites:
  • Nip+Fab Dragons Blood Fix Plumping Serum. My absolute favorite serum of all time. This is my third bottle of this that I bought in my Beauty Haul earlier this month. I simply love this serum, it gives so much hydration to the skin without making it oily. It works perfectly for my combination/oily skin.
  • Iroha Hydrogel Patches. This month I have been a little sick, and my under-eyes have been so swollen and dark, so I have used these a few times this month. These are so refreshing and gives the under-eye a boost of moisture in addition to brighten them.
  • Ole Henriksen Firm Action Mask. This is probably my all time favorite clay mask. It has this mousse-like texture that glides so easily on the skin. It deep cleanses the skin without drying it out and it smells amazing!
  • Isadora Hydralight Foundation. This foundation is water-based and oil free, and it goes so well with my combination skin. It has a light/medium coverage and a semi-matte finish, and lately I have been loving that look for my day-to-day life. I have found that I don't mind showing some of my freckles that I got during summer, so I have basically only used this foundation this month.
  • L.A. Girl Pro Conceal in Medium Bisque. This month I really discovered cream contour, I haven't been such a fan of it in the past. But now I love it, it is so beautiful. And this product goes so well with my skin, and the color fits my skintone perfectly.
  • MAC Blush in Melba. I have had this blush in my collection for some time, but I haven't used it that much. However this month I rediscovered this, and I love it! The color is so beautiful, it is the perfect mix of peach and pink and nude (I'm not the best at describing color, haha).
